Noel Gallagher's Epiphone guitar sells for £12,000 at Oasis memorabilia auction
Überblick
A limited-edition Manchester City blue Epiphone guitar belonging to former Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher has sold for £12,000 at Littleton Auctions in Worcestershire. The item was part of a collection put up for sale by the son of Huw Richards, a former front-of-house sound engineer for the band. While several items sold successfully—including platinum discs, a Kangol rain jacket, and early demo tapes—a collection of unheard Oasis recordings known as The Desk Tapes was withdrawn following an injunction by the band.
