Family of Richard Boyle speak out as driver who killed him in hit-and-run is jailed

The family of Richard Boyle, a 42-year-old man killed in a hit-and-run while walking his dog in west Belfast in 2021, have spoken out after the driver was sentenced to two years and seven months in prison. Martin Sean O'Lali admitted causing death by careless driving after hitting Mr Boyle while travelling at 90mph in a 30mph zone.
