New bus routes announced for the Wirral as network returns to public control

Two new bus routes have been announced in the Wirral as part of the region's bus network returning to public control for the first time in 40 years. Effective from 25 October, the changes aim to improve hospital transport links, increase evening and weekend services, and better connect areas to Merseyrail stations under the management of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.
