Plans submitted for new store and garden centre at old Lisnagelvin Leisure Centre site in Derry
Overview
A planning application has been submitted to Derry City and Strabane District Council to redevelop the vacant Lisnagelvin Leisure Centre site in Londonderry. Submitted by TJ Morris, the operator of Home Bargains, the £8.5m project proposes a new store, café, and garden centre, which could create up to 100 retail jobs and another 100 construction roles.
Key points
- Plans have been lodged by TJ Morris for a new Home Bargains store, café, and garden centre on the site of the former Lisnagelvin Leisure Centre.
