First UK women's amputee football matches to take place in Sawston
Overview
The newly formed Cambridge City FC Women's Amputee Team is playing the Polish national team in the first all-women matches of their kind in the UK. Because there are no dedicated women's amputee football leagues in the UK, matches and training are typically mixed. The historic fixtures are taking place on Saturday and Sunday at the club's stadium in Sawston.
