Bradley Lowery holiday home finally opens doors after delays
A seaside holiday home created in memory of Bradley Lowery, who died from neuroblastoma in 2017 at the age of six, has officially opened in Scarborough after facing several delays. Named Super Brad's Pad, the £1.2m five-bedroom house is designed for seriously ill children and those with complex medical needs, allowing up to 100 families a year to enjoy a holiday together. Former Sunderland striker Jermain Defoe, who was a close friend of Bradley, officially opened the property, having previously donated £70,000 to the Bradley Lowery Foundation.
